The Research Engineer will participate in and manage research and development projects
related to LCD technology. The tasks include LC alignment technology, LCD design,
manufacturing, testing and reporting. Contacts and close collaboration with customers
are essential parts of the daily work.
Education/experience/skills required:
• Minimum of a Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering or Engineering
Physics. Doctoral Degree in a display-related subject is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of display-related R&D, preferably in an industrial
organisation
• Project management experience
• Excellent innovative ability
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English

Job title: Process Development Engineer, Display Manufacturing

The Process Development Engineer will participate in development projects related
to LCD manufacturing techniques, including ink-jet and drop-fill technologies, and
process design. The tasks include design of test protocols, performance and evaluation
of test runs, and introduction and installation of new techniques and manufacturing
equipment.
Education/experience/skills required:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering, Engineering Physics
or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience of display and/or electronics manufacturing
• Excellent innovative ability
• Good communication skills

The ED&C Engineer will participate in projects related to design and construction
of LCD manufacturing equipment. The tasks include developing technical design and
drawings based on customer specifications, managing and performing construction

Education/experience/skills required:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience of machine design and construction work,
preferably related to equipment for display manufacturing
• Excellent innovative ability
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
