LC-Tec SWEDEN consists of the company LC-Tec Displays AB, in Borlänge, Sweden. This Business Area acts as product owner and performs high level research & development, prototyping and front-end production, primarily of fast switching
LC-based optical devices for 3D-applications. The products are based on the
LC-Tec technology PolarSpeed™. The production of manufacturing equipment is also located in this Business Area.
LC-Tec ASIA is based in Hong Kong, and has a subsidiary in Shenzhen, mainland China, with a high-capacity back-end line. The Business Area acts to support LC-Tec Sweden in the area of volume manufacturing and is also a contract manufacturer for various display companies.
LC-Tec VENTURE consists of subsidiary companies LightSpace Technologies Inc. in the US and LightSpace Technologies AB in Sweden. LightSpace holds patents in the area of solid state volumetric 3D-display.
